CAS Financial Regulation

With the CAS Financial Regulation, the Centre for Banking and Financial Law and the University of Bern join their efforts to offer as of 2016 a high-level, short and certified course destined to professionnals active in the fields of financial markets regulation and supervision (FINMA, Swiss National Bank, Federal Departement of Finance, Secretariat to International Financial Questions, banks, insurances, audit firms, attorneys, compliance officers).

The CAS Compliance Management becomes a Swiss reference in the continuous education in Compliance and changes its name : CAS Compliance in Financial Services. This change of title has no impact on previously awarded degrees.
